Rez doesn't want to pay for moderator's salaries, I believe. I also think he just doesn't care enough. There're good people in every game, but there are also the dregs of humanity, who enjoying being a-holes. I don't really care about the forum and neither does Rez because it's so dead. But I do find it annoying that someone feels the need to hack it.
