It'd be fantastic to have the ability to export vox with options such as outline, light and dithering, as it makes my sprites so much more interesting but when put to 3d it looks bland by comparison

As @Zedphyr said it's not possible. I can only export a model which makes the shape of the sprite but it's up to your engine to make lighting, shadows etc.
This is a problem with your 3d software, you would have to figure out how to do the effects within the program as the effects are currently prerendered thought spritestack. In other words, you cannot export a model with an outline.
