Render mode camera control

Hi, sorry, i already asked for that in the itch.io board, but it seems it hasnt been implemented yet.

mostly the idea is to allow free rotation to the camera in render mode, to be able to make sprites/ sprite sheets in specific angles for use in 2d games like action or fighting games.

hopefully that feature can be implemented soon...
