sone people are fighting and killing the beauty and fun of this game however no one have the power to stop this war but i made some restrictions which are written bellow-

2.these two raul and matthewl i cant allow them to enter my tournament because i dont want to talk with them
3.these restrictions applies on me i made restrictions on myself so no one will say that im a bad boy.
